Missing In Action...

It has been a very long time since I last made an entry on this blog, however I have finally decided to return to my roots and do what I like most, which is writing about the issues, things, and topics that both interest and excite me the most. As such, I am going to do my very best to post as much as consistently as possible about my latest beauty finds, fashion interests, and life in general. La Mer Body Tan - Worth It or Not?

Luxury tan is no longer a dream since it appears that the renowned skincare line company La Mer has come out with a lotion for the face and body promising to deliver gradual tan. But for a whooping $85.00 per bottle it is my opinion that the beach should come with it!!! Seriously, I am all for quality beauty products, and often find myself on the brink of bankruptcy due to my undying love for skincare products no matter the cost, but even I have my limits. To be fair, I haven't personally tried this product, nonetheless, an item so versatile and quickly gone through should not cost that much, especially since there are so many other alternatives that do the exact same thing at a fraction of the cost. So here is my question to my sweet readers, where do you draw the line between cosmetic love and obsession, and sheer label love and devotion? Do you buy products for what they are or who they are made by?

Perfume Of The Month - Bond No. 9 I LOVE NEW YOR ~ For Mothers

From the very first moment that I smelled this Bond No. 9 I love New York for Mothers at Sephora I knew that I was sold for life. This easy-to-wear eau de parfum is luxury inside a bottle with a scent that seduces even the least romantic ones.

Hair Inspiration ~ Kim Kardashian

I usually am not one to copy a specific hairstyle or colour, on the contrary I almost always try to strep outside of the "norm" and go with a colour that is not so out there, which is why I had my deep red (don't panic... it's the colour of red wine) for so long. But to be quite honest I'm tired of the same thing and want to make a change, and so throughout my quest to find the perfect cut and colour for my complexion I stumbled on these pictures of none other than the beautiful Kim Kardashian. I love everything about this colour, cut, and even highlights. Its a gorgeous colour that I think would look good on my fair and petite complexion. Let's home that by my next visit to my hair stylist I will have decided to bit the bullet and make the change I have been wanting for quite some time now. What do you guys think of this look?

Toast To A Better Life

Today's post is a toast to a awesome future. Starting today there will be many changes in my life. Though most of them are related to my mental state and lifestyle there are, nonetheless, very important. Everything from my diet, to my attitude and outlook on life is going to have a strong and drastic change. No more slacking and/or riding through days without any productive and positive outcome. From now on everything matters and each moment of every single day should be spent doing something great.

There is exactly six months left till the end of this year, which means that every moment counts more than ever, so I better get moving. 

Being the first day, I took things moderately, ate well, dressed well, made both of my blog posts, made dinner, went for a walk, and even managed to do minor cleaning around the house. For a start I'll accept today's productivity, but will only continue to better myself every day and surely keep my loyal readers updated on my progress.

Zoya ~ Audrina

This nail polish color by Zoya called Audrina is my latest purchase from our local beauty store and I adore it. I honestly can't remember that last time I was so excited to paint my nails with a specific colour and this one is just the perfect shade of creamy deep purple with a slight hint of raspberry. It is so gorgeous that I had to repaint my nails with it for a second time in a row, and that NEVER happens! It only goes to show how unique and gorgeous this colour truly is and I highly suggest everyone to give it a try, I promise you will not be disappointed.
