Lauren Conrad Hair

I just love a good hair day, and this my friends is a perfect hair day! Lauren Conrad is known for her simple yet classic style, but when I saw this image of her hairstyle I had no choice but to post it. This look is simple enough to wear to work, but still elegant, stylish and beautiful. The ombre effect adds an extra touch of sexiness and takes it to a whole new level.

To see more of Lauren Conrad's amazing beauty tips and tricks you can check out her style and beauty books online or in bookstores nationwide.

Acne Decoded

I always wonder why we get acne on the same spot repeatedly and with no reason. Little did I know, each one on a specific spot has a meaning and a way to prevent it. As all other health benefits, acne starts from our core as well, what this means is that if we want to treat acne and avoid it permanently then we need to take care of the rest of our body first.

I found this picture on one of my pinterest pinning party marathons, and continued on reading the blog post that accompanied it and decided to share this wonderful find with the my reader as well. I will give you the simple breakdown, but to learn more please click on the source link to The Beauty Gypsy's blog to find out more.

Zone 6 - Heart
Zone 7 & 8 - Kidneys
Zone 9 & 10 - Respiratory System

Beauty Tip #4: Exfoliate

Among the various beauty regimens that I make sure to stick to for proper skin care is exfoliating my skin 3 or 4 times a week. It is extremely important to gently remove all the dead skin and impurities that collect on our skin daily, and in order to have beautiful skin you have to take care of it constantly. There are thousands of products on the market that serve this purpose, and whether you choose to buy products or make them yourself with simple ingredients that we already have in our pantry (honey, sugar, lemon, baking powder, pure oils) the important thing is to exfoliate gently but thoroughly.
